Delivery & Shipping: Typically we can make a jewelry piece within 3-5 days. We then ship it USPS Priority Mail (with delivery confirmation) which takes 1-3 days anywhere in the US. We charge a flat fee of $4 (our cost) for shipping in the US. Please contact us if you want us to ship outside the US so we can calculate a specific shipping cost for your international location.

Warranty: AnnCrafted will repair or replace damaged jewelry due to defective materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear and tear, accidents, misuse, tampering, or neglect. To affect repairs, please contact us to let us know you are sending your jewelry. Then properly package your jewelry and send it (with a return address) to:
